An entrepreneur, a real estate professional, and a lawyer with over 30 years experience in real estate. His expertise spans property development, investment, finance, and advisory. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Development & Investment from the University of Greenwich UK, LL.M, University of Lagos and LLB, OAU, Ife. A strong believer in learning, he attended many courses including Real Estate Executive Programmes at Harvard Business School, MIT Centre for Real Estate, and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He was ED Enterprise Division at Crown Realties Plc before joining Propertygate. At the start of his work career, he worked in the law firm of Alao Aka- Bashorun & Co. before moving to the real estate sector. Tokunbo is a knowledge speaker with attendance at many learning and discourse sessions.
He is an entrepreneur, a real estate professional and an attorney at law. He has uninterrupted work experience of over 25 years in real estate development. His expertise, knowledge and experience span development conception and implementation, real estate investment, property finance and real estate advisory. Currently the CEO of Propertygate, he parades impressive leadership and corporate management skills, and rich top management experience. His last position before joining Propertygate was Executive Director, Enterprise Division at Crown Realties Plc, one of the earliest private real estate development companies in Nigeria. Before moving to the real estate sector, he was in the law firm of Alao Aka- Bashorun & Co.
Tokunbo holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from the University of Greenwich, U.K; a Master of Law from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. A strong believer in continuous learning, he has attended many capacity development courses, which included the Real Estate Executive Seminar at Harvard Business School, the Executive Series Program at the Centre for Real Estate, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); and the International Housing Finance Program and the Workshop on Securitization, at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. He continues to impact his community in various ways, including acting as a resource person at many learning and discourse sessions.
Wole holds a BSc and an MSc, degrees in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He also holds an MBA from the same University. A real estate consultant with over 35 years industry experience, Wole is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and a scholar with attendance at various real estate courses, seminars and conferences. He was the Managing Surveyor at Kayode Olubajo & Associates, Head of Agency and later a Partner at Darl Uzu & Associates at different times in his working career. He is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Propertygate, bringing in his extensive experience.
He was appointed to the Board in August 2008. Wole is the Managing Partner of Wole Ogungbola & co., a leading firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers based in Lagos. A real estate practitioner with over three decades of experience in the industry, Wole’s road knowledge and experience cover property marketing, property and facility management, valuation, property development and investment, property advisory and general real estate consulting.
Wole held various top positions in organisations he earlier worked for, which included the Managing Surveyor at Kayode Olubajo & Associates, Head of Agency and later a Partner at Darl Uzu & Associates. At Darl Uzu & Associates, Wole was the interfacing officer with Crown Realties Plc over its Crown Estate Lekki Project, where he played an extensive role at its development conception and marketing.
Wole holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, and also a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same University. Wole, a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, is a scholar with attendance at various real estate courses, seminars and conferences. He acted as a resource person at some of these conferences.
With three and half decades of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership across manufacturing and service industries, Peter brings great value to the Board of Propertygate. He held various management positions, which include MD/CEO at Berger Paints Plc, ED Sales and Marketing at Vitafoam Plc, GM Sales at UAC Foods Ltd and Manager at MTN in his past vocations. He is currently the Chairman of Siochanta Nigeria Limited. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, UNN, Nsukka and an MBA from University of Benin. He is also an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. He is a Non-Executive Director of Propertygate.

Peter was the immediate past MD/CEO of Berger Paints Plc and the current Chairman of Siochanta Nigeria Limited. He was at a time, an Executive Director, Sales and Marketing with Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, General Manager, Sales and Distribution, UAC Foods Limited, Director, Vono Nigeria Plc; and Chairman, Board of Directors, Vitabloom Nigeria Limited (subsidiary of Vitafoam).
Peter has a brilliant work career of almost 27years, occupying executive management positions for more than a decade. His experience spans sales, marketing, production, management and leadership; not only in manufacturing but also in the service industry such as MTN where he worked for 5years.
Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Unversity of Nigeria, Nsukka and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Benin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria, a member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School.
A seasoned project manager and finance professional with a robust background in finance and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, University of Lagos, and an MBA in Finance from Lagos State University. Currently in the telecommunications industry, he previously spent almost two decades in the banking sector. Tunde specialises in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. He holds a project management role in a Canadian telecommunication company, focusing on business intelligence migration, among others. He is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Propertygate.
